Are Keter storage boxes water resistant?
Yes. All of our storage boxes provide a dry and ventilated environment for stored items.
Are all the storage boxes lockable?
Yes. All of our storage boxes are lockable using a small padlock (not supplied).
How should the Keter Outdoor Storage boxes be cleaned?
Using soapy water and a damp cloth, thoroughly wipe the surface clean. Repeat this action until the dirt is removed. A hose can be used but do not use a pressure washer.
What is the weight limit on the deck box floors?
Weight limit for deck box floors is 25lbs when evenly distributed.
Will the storage boxes fade or keep their colour?
All of our Keter products are made from a unique blend of new and recycled resin and compounds to maximise on strength and longevity. UV-resistant materials have been added to prolong the look of our products.
What is the warranty on Keter Outdoor Storage box?
All Keter storage boxes have a standard 2 year manufacturer's limited warranty. Our Duotech products have a lifetime warranty which is only is only applicable when registered with the manufacturer. Hideaways carry a 5 year manufacturer's limited warranty when registered with Keter. We always advise that end users keep a proof of purchase when purchasing our ranges to avoid any delay in an event of a warranty claim. Please ask for full details of our our warranty and refer to this for claim information.
Are replacement parts available?
